Most yards still run on radios, whiteboards and walking the lot.

Containers and trailers at a loading dock
Where is trailer 5321?

Someone walks the rows, calls the driver, or checks a sheet nobody updated. YardX answers in one search.

Docks A dock sits open while a load waits in the back row.

When a dock frees up, YardX suggests the move and sends it to a jockey.

Detention The bill shows up after the hours are gone.

Set free hours per shipper or receiver. Watch every dock against it, live.

No app. No login. A QR code at the gate.

Drivers pick what they came for and get one instruction at a time. Jockeys get the next move, start it, finish it. The map updates for everyone.

What does the yard cost you today?

Put in your own numbers. The savings line uses the reduction you choose, not a promise from us.

    Searching cost = trailers per day × minutes ÷ 60 × 7 days × labor rate. Detention = hours per week × rate. Year = 52 weeks.

    Questions we get.

Do drivers need to install anything?

No. They scan the QR code at the gate with their phone camera and follow the steps in the browser.

How long does a yard take to set up?

You draw spots, docks and gates on a map, or trace an aerial photo. We do the first one with you.

    Who sees our data?

Only your company. Roles decide who can move trailers, edit yards or only view.

    How does detention tracking work?

Set free hours and a rate per shipper or receiver. The clock starts when a trailer reaches a dock.

Can our customers see their trailers?

Yes. Give them viewer access, read only, so they stop calling to ask.

    What does it cost?

Monthly plans by the number of yards. Book a demo and we send pricing for your sites.
